What is your favorite set in game?

I love the Unfathomable Darkness set. I love the crows which just fly around and bombard the enemy. It's a shame I've only used the set once while levelling up a new character. Never used it end-game

Mad Tinkerer. A nice pet that doesn't hang around getting in the way. And when it knocks everyone up in the air it's just a scream.

Vicious Ophidian. Well, it used to be better before they nerfed the time I had extra speed. Now it's not as good but i still use it for the stamina boost.

i use thunderbug and livewire and llambris on my breton sorc tank.

she used to use thunderbug and storm knight but when clockwork city came along she swapped to livewire.

livewire procs more for better effect.

Grace of Gloom is cool for that living shadow effect.

What about storm knight?

I rock storm/thunder/grothdarr for normal dungeons. Usually ask the newbs to stand aside and watch while I pull entire rooms and spam blazing shield until everything is burnt to a crisp.

Works great for Craglorn too.

Still an amazing sustain set after the speed nerf.

As for the speed nerf.
An 100 CP toll on nerf request is an old idea of mine.

Right now my favorite it's Curse of Doylemish! I had to do few SCP runs to get all the armour pieces as no one in pugs traded it. It made PvE solo questing more enjoiable and faster, it has a cool effect and sound too.Pairing it with different monster sets (Selene,Velidreth, Maw of infernal...), still have to find a five item set to run with it.

plus the fact that it boosts flurry means that skill doesn't feel as redundant

Ebon, Lord Warden, and Earthgore when I'm tanking because they add plenty of group survivability. Briarheart and Selene are also very nice -- I like the spectral bear from Selene with the golden vines on your arms from Briarheart.

Molag Kena with the old weavable activation mechanic is how a monster set should be. You pay something to get something. Monster sets these days either give you an uninteresting copycat buff like Slimecraw and Chudan or are activated by chance, like 95% of all monster sets.

Red Mountain + Unfathomable Darkness + Valkyn Skoria - shamlessly stolen from @xynode, its good fun and works well on my DK.
I am not sure why ppl here say it wont work when doing end game content. If you dont run progress trials then there is nothing wrong with these sets, i usually use it just for fun but also cleared all carglorn vet trials and almost every dungeon with it...

Its good in any build ud wanna make, but it isnt broken on anything.

My most used set is Julianos.

The set I love just for the sound of it is Icehearts. I love that swoosh, swoosh, swoosh!

My most fun set is Mad Tinkerer. As others have said, it's just fun to watch enemies fly!

It would have to be Burning Spellweave.

It is pretty much the only set I have used since first picking it up nearly 5 years ago. It can be used on just about any magicka DPS and is useful on my DK tank for certain situations.

The Inferno staff still eludes me, which only adds another factor, the set keeps me wanting after all these years.

The only non-crafted set, I think which has been a top magdd set for pretty much the entirety of the games lifespan so far, love it

Note: the only jewelry which I have golded out, so far.
