Cut the the sources of snares in half.
Make them Minor/Major snares that don’t stack.
Remove/immune need to be adjust to not be so expensive for as little effectiveness they currently offer.

    Overload rework. Power Overload now does physical damage and grants you the power of a tornado: You throw a brick at the target with a light attack, and you hammer your head into that brick with every heavy attack. We have decreased its Ultimate cost, but increased the chance that you get stuck in the animation.

    Make the other morph of shuffle give something that isn't major evasion and the snare immunity lasts twice as long.

    It doesn't hurt to have a few more imo. Being pigeon holed into spamming forward momentum, wearing a set like ranger's gait, or being a vamp with mist form isn't the greatest for open world pvp.

    Seems you’ve been here long enough.
    We have to keep bringing it up again and again and again. It takes an ungodly amount of posts for them to simply bat an eye at what we’re saying.

    We got the rush fix with the speed nerf. Now we need the real fix.

    I think the move speed wouldn’t be bad with the changes to snares I initially said. I’m not the community as a whole, just as long as we all agree it needs to be changed for the better.

    If it keeps up we’ll be stationary, in turn based combat, gaming with on eye open hitting macros.

    They had the right idea, just speed was the only change in terms of locking the availability. Snares were untounched and some of those abilities they reside on are WAY too overloaded. Like rending slashes; ignores ALL your physical armor but gives a 40% snare. Or SNB puncture (i think thats the abilitiy) that gives a 60% with minor maim/minor heroism on a cost that is WAY less than 2k!

    It makes the conversation more difficult, because the 30%/40% snares are largely balanced, but some require you to leave the area but the other 40-60% snares persist on you so you blame the AOE snares but dont realize you got hit by a larger snare.

    That is my take on it and I listed ways to change it in the other threads.

    Or maybe double the snare immunity from Rapids so players aren’t just ulti dump / AOE spam sitting ducks.

    I would rather have mobility rampant than snares rampant. Snares are completely anti fun and benefit zergs while mobility benefits solo / small scale and is very fun to use.

    Newsflash: Since solo and small scale never had rapid spammers, zergs now have exactly the same ways you do to counter snares.

    Mobility rampant = higher server calculation demand

    Snares rampant = lower computational demand = less lag


    Does no one see the real rationale behind all these gradual speed nerfs? It's an unfun bandaid to a much larger problem. There is more outcry over Cyro lag that there is about slowing players down. They will continue down this path until the noise becomes even on both issues.
