I'm bad a remembering what I did. Colours ... no idea but nothing exotic - dyeing leather white mostly results in beige tones it seems.
Khajiit-head and -boots, Ancient Orc-shoulders, Outlaw-chest and -legs, totally forgot gloves - maybe something elf-y but anything showing the claws will do.

The boots are not hidden, it's just sandals, which you can't see completely on the screenshot. And I would say, there are also gloves (probably light imperial 1) dyed similar to the character's skin colour.

@Subversus Another option for "hiding" gloves is Mazzatun light, which is pretty unobtrusive--they look like bracelets.

@code65536 Yep, that's what I am using on my sorc's outfit, actually. That along with the soul shriven sandals (or order of the hour 'boots' depending on the outfit) make up for not having a "hide" option.

The top is Mazzatun medium, the bottoms are Trinimac light, the shoes are the Soul Shriven light, the belt is Malacath heavy, the shoulders are Mercenary medium, and the gloves are Imperial light. I tried to dye the gloves and shoes in a colour matching my toon's skin, so that the hands and feet look bare
