The other name would have been Stunsebrom, Storm of the North, for a mage who got a little too happy with the ice spells resulting in some nasty friendly fire during the Civil War fights.1 -

Somewhat humorously, we now the draconic word for horse, but not for cow. So if you like to eat horse, troll, serpent, raven, bear, hound, or are a worshipper of Namira, we can figure out a draconic name from that, but not for simple burgers.0 -

I like to think that her dragonknight akaviri mentor gave her this amazing name due to her birthplace, Vvanderfell, and her innate skill to control fire and stone.
