When I first started playing, I though spell damage buffed my abilities and weapon damage buffed my light and heavy attacks

and then I wondered why my lightning heavy attacks did no damage.

As I recall.. there was a time where weapon damage increased staff abilities.

Anyways, I got an invite to vAS just a week after it launched... And showed up without a backbar weapon on >.< Had used my VMA staff on another character and forgot.

oh I completed mine... it's surprising what one can do when half awake. Also was on come so when did start walking it wasn't for long

Completely ripped into a player who swooped in and took a chest that I was clearing mobs away from so I could get. I was in a foul mood and shouldn't have been playing, they were in the wrong place at the wrong time, yeah...it wasn't pretty. *insert embarrassed Soriana face here*

They whispered me back explaining they were new and thought chests were instanced to character, had no clue the etiquette, offered to give me the stuff they got, etc.

Moral of the story? I felt like poop, apologized profusely, and now have a new in game friend! LOL

A few cringe-worthy moments and other confessions throughout my ESO history:

-I used to sell kutas and unfileted fish to regular merchants – I didn’t know what they were for.

-I used a restoration staff as a DPS until ~CP400+, and a sword and board as a healer

-I have died numerous times by angering NCPs with my failed attempts at thieving, as I always have attacking innocents off (because otherwise I invariably end up pressing the wrong thing and killing some poor soul). It’s even more pathetic funnier when I’m cornered in a door by an NPC who’s hitting me, and I can’t get out because I’m in battle.

I feel bad when I have a pet spider/mudcrab, etc., active and I kill spiders/mudcrabs, so I either avoid these, or change my pet.

-I never T-bagged anyone in PvP, and I don’t like this emote, even when done to enemy players, but when I finished vMA for the first time, I walked all over Voriak Sorkyn’s body in the midst of ugly crying.

-When someone first offered to make me an armour and asked if I wanted light, heavy, or medium, I replied with ‘light’ because I thought it would be less ‘clanky’ and maybe help me run faster. Yup, I don’t know either

-I had crit surge and bound armaments on my magsorc for longer than I'd care to admit.

-I used to always rush into mobs in dungeons and end up dying. I am now less YOLO, but significantly more alive, for the duration of the dungeons.

-I thought I’d gotten the title ‘Stormproof’ after completing Maelstrom Arena on normal mode, without realizing there was a veteran mode. The illusion lasted for a few moments, until I saw a link in the chat for the vet achievement (I went straight into vet, and let's just say I spent the following months getting triggered by Maxus The Many's 'come forth my other self' )

My guild did Sanctum Ophidia a few weeks ago, I usually don't raid on ESO but they were understaffed so I took my fresh Sorc Healer along.

Cleared it.

Only afterwards, while going through the loot, did I realize, despite being CP160 I still had level ~40 gear on her.

Woops, guess I got carried hard lmao. Never told them about it though.

Sneaking off to the dye station in pvp in between keep siege to change into something more comfy and text in group chat how terribad the loading screens are

Also just started doing a trial or two which is completely new to me with full impen gear

-When is comes to pvp, I go to keeps that my faction owns and repair all the walls and doors to 100%. The only fighting I do is when I see that there is a battle nearby.

-I have switched my stam nb to bow/bow because I like the look and theme. (Don't worry, she is strictly solo)

-I leveled a stam sorc to 50 during the festival and I am planning on making him a sword/shield dps for story purposes (Again don't worry, strictly solo)

-I tend to sell things cheap because I am to lazy to look up the average price

-At one time I had a gold level 150 training set that I used while questing to grind cps.

-I have wasted a lot of crowns for items that I never use

-I have been playing since console release, have 670 cps and I still haven't completed cadwell's gold and wrothgar. Even worse, I haven't done all the group dungeons yet with my "proper" templar and now I have gotten to the point that I am to embarrassed to try because I would be one of the high level noobs that get raged about on the forums/chat.

If I get into a random dungeon I dislike while healing, I sometimes boot the lowbies until there is me and one other person so I can vanish without getting the penalty.
