There are numerous characters who we are clearly invited to view in a romantic or sexual light, starting with Jakarn and Darien, but including plenty of women as well.
And there are a lot more who are clearly meant to be attractive. Indeed that's probably true of a large fraction of the important female NPCs in the game.
I.e., it's the same sexism as in movies -- attractiveness is important for the men, but even more important (by a large margin) for the women.
E.g., which women in Game of Thrones aren't meant to be hot, at least the fairly young (but adult) ones? Brienne and who else? Maybe that septa Cersei hated -- who ironically was last seen/heard being ***.0 -
