Wailing Prison UI error permanent

After picking up the collar of bones, I couldn't equip it... and a UI error came up, that couldn't be exited... it was permanently up. This resulted in having to close application - and losing out on the wailing prison skyshard too... which now I presume, is a permanent loss?

✭I reloaded... had to force close app... but that put me OUTSIDE the wailing prison before I could get the skyshard... how do I get back in there to get that skyshard?0 -
SilentRaven1972✭✭✭✭Are you using add-ons? One of mine was causing a permanent UI error because of the New Life event recipes, even after being updated. I had to disable it.
