Not possible with the current API.

EDIT: I stand corrected. I had no idea EVENT_LOOT_RECEIVED also reported loot events for group members.

Seems odd given ZOS's strong stance against data sharing (anti DPS meters).

Wykkyd Loot Manager will do it for you. Also i believe if you have Wykkyd Auto repair it has a loot announcement section that also does it.

Yep, it's a standard component of a couple Wykkyd addons, and will show all teammate's purple and gold quality drops. It includes their undaunted chest drops too.
