You've ended up in basically the complete opposite thread to where you need to be! 
Check out the PS4 NA section as it looks like there may be a couple of guilds there just right for what you want on your platform.

@ZydaxCarbon We missed out on a trader this week as we are going through some restructuring but should have one next week again. Also when you get a chance then hop in guild chat and we may be able to help you with some other trade guilds as their players slots become available. We can help you out with lot of great traders in most of the big trade areas.

Hey, I'm very new to the game and MMORPG's in general so im kinda looking for a guild that can help me get the full experience I don't really know how everything works yet, but im learning. Have been playing a lot on the AD faction and I want to stay true to it...I hope thats not a problem. It proves kinda hard to find a guild in the Altmeri Dominion 
I have 3 characters right now, 2 in AD (2 High elves, one templar lvl 22 and one sorceror lvl 7) and one in EP (Argonian Vampire Nightblade lvl 19)
I'd love to have other starting players to experience the game with or experienced players that can help me get everything out of this game

We are primarily an EP PvP guild as that is what the guild was built up from. So if you want to get absolutely everything from the game with us then EP is going to be a great option for you to level on for the best possible experience with maximum opportunity. However if you do decide to run on AD as your main focus then we can still put you in our x-alliance rank so you will at least still have good opportunities with our pve and trade
We also have a wide range of new to experienced players so with The Asaro I certainly think we are one of the strongest options you could have for everything you mentioned for so you are definitely welcome to join. I can send you an invite tomorrow

Well I have heard of some interesting NB builds that involve tanks and healers. I don't know much about how to build those ones though. I did spend quite a while running around with a new person the other day and grinding him up. As your characters are all quite low level it wouldnt actually take that long to get a new character up to a similar level.
I'm actually not sure where all the AD guilds are. You're not the 1st person to mention the lack of presence from them. Maybe theres not many who are new player friendly or something. It does seem a bit odd. I will send you an invite later when I get online 0 -
Will be online later...bout time I started joining chat more,especially as I now need advice on my magicka Templar coz I'm starting to get frustrated with hitting mobs that are 6 lvls below me But can kill me in 2 hits (I'm in Deshaan and lvl 24)...starting to think I'm playing this game completely wrong or not understanding something so some experienced advice is gonna be great.ive traveled to mourhould and respec my skills loads of times to see if that improved anything...and even put afew attributes in health rather than magicka but nope.love the game otherwise0 -
