Done it. Hop into guild chat when you get a chance and say Hi. There are a few regulars in there to have a chat with and if its at a reasonable time of day (peak is usually between 6-10pm uk time on weeknights) then its a really great place to find sociable players who would be happy to hop in pvp or pledges as they pass through.
If chat seems quiet at some points when you hop in, we do encourage people to use group chat over guild chat for certain activities now. We used to have a lot of problems with very loud chat that got in the way of people really getting opportunities to connect and communicate. After all, theres only so much that can be said in chat before you cant get a word in if you have too many people in there. Overflowing chats can end up with a kind of chaos that stops people connecting with each other effectively. We like to encourage a more free flowing drop in and drop out approach for a more calm and friendly environment. It means that with our higher population roster then we have some really good freedom in bringing people together at their own pace when people are actually feeling sociable rather than just ramming everyone in one place and shouting over each other at the end of your work or school day.

That said, if the guild is massively lacking any particular role, do say, as I don't mind starting a character to try to min max for that reason Don't know how quickly I'd level but I'd probably have fun doing it.

What sort of build do you feel most comfortable with? We have quite a lot of players so we aren't that short on anything particularly. I can say what we have most of though. I would say that for the demand on certain roles, we do seem to have plenty of tanks just at the moment so that might be one you would want to steer clear of but again it really depends on your playstyle and mentality towards a fight. DPS obviously is the one where you will always need the highest number of players and then Healers there are probably a lot less of them than anything else it seems right now.Edited by RabNebula on 9 August 2016 20:370 -

This guild sounds exactly what I was looking for so I would love to join! I have been looking for a good, active guild for weeks now, and it looks like I have found one I have three characters: a champion level 47 Altmer sorcerer DD, a level 22 Breton nightblade DD, and I have started a new character (an altmer healer templar) that I will be using mostly now. The character I have created is in the ebonheart pact, so I will hopefully be able to participate in the PVP as well as the many other aspects of the guild.
Oh, and one more thing. I hope you will all understand and this, but as you all know the game is rated an 18. I am not 18 yet, but I do still feel I am mature and mentally stable enough to understand the dangers and risks of communicating with other people I do not know, and also deal with the violence within the game without being mentally affected. I hope you will value and respect mine and my parents decision, and accept me into this guild without being too shocked.
