Literally no good PvP sorcs use Overload except to access 3rd utility bar.

Well at the moment sorc can burst down an entire boss with just their ult, they shouldn't be able to do that.
Normal dps rotation + ult (if cost increases) will still make them do slightly more than most other classes.
