Suggestion Sorcerer "Lightning Splash" and morphs

The skill lightning splash got 2 morphs:

1. Liquid Lightning
2. Lightning Flood

The first "Liquid Lightning" (LL) got a short aoe radius and a long duration.
The second "Lightning Flood" (LF) got a larger aoe radius and a short duration.

At the moment only the first morph (LL) is viable in PvP and PvE. The second morph (LF) is in my opinion useless. For pvp not enough dmg and has the same synergy like the first morph (LL).

I thinking about to change the second moprh (LF) to be viable in pvp. Following changes i suggest:

2. Lightning Flood
--> larger aoe radius (6m)
--> instant dmg (same dmg like elemental ring)
--> no synergy

I think we got a lack of range aoe with direct dmg in these game. With more range aoe with instant dmg we got more options to kill zerg blobs from safe positions. These change of moprh could be the start. These new morph will be great synergize with "Inevitable Detonation".

It might be interesting to have a version were damage increases the longer duration you stand in it.

Couple that with the larger area and we might have a deal.

As it stands, the fast tick and longer duration is better. LL is not hard to place with precision unless there are lots of environmental's in the way.
