This is indeed the most you can do. Tagging @ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_BrianWheeler and others is a sensible minimum.

I am entirely gullible and earnest in real life. Here I "hope" that the Powers That Be will intercede. I (likely mistakenly) believe that they monitor this thread and will come along and say, something like "we don't discuss actions taken against players" and behind the scenes be doing something about it.

It's getting harder to remain this loyal and forgiving of ZOS.

We don't know what THEY are doing, or how, that goes for ZOS and the videoed players. That those players remain in game a year after reporting, to cause us grief is the only proof I need that little nothing has been done.

I have seen Cops come arrest (and then apologetically release) the wrong people while letting baddies go free. Seen it multiple times and lost my faith "in the system". Been on enough Juries to know people cannot be free of prejudice or preconceived notions before deciding a fate, having lied (or believed they were free of such) to get on said jury. Losing my trust in a company that says they are taking action is like this. They think they can do it and fail, deny, deflect and ultimately persecute the whistleblowers. Not saying ZOS here, just "a company".

I come to play (and pay) for this game to get away from this worldly nonsense. Gullible. Entirely too gullible.

This happened on Chill a few night ago.

There is a very skilled sorc who plays EP and DC . He does not use any exploits and is able to handle groups of players solo most of the time .

There is another well known sorc on EP who is able to take damage even straight on from multiple balista bolts, he has killed me from the ground while I was on the wall using one. There have been multiple videos made of his exploits for Months .

The other night he and 2 or 3 other sorc were running together and they killed me quite quickly . The skilled sorc that plays both factions showed up and had a lengthy fight with them which I watched even though I was dead I could see the whole thing.

Usually this guy can take on whole groups but these sorc were taking almost no damage from him. Later he said that he made a video of the fight but was afraid to post it on the forums for fear of being banned.

As an eye witness I can verify that what happened is true.

Now in another strange twist to this , a well known ganker NB that uses the one shot exploit where you die from several skills with no CD , everyone knows who this guy is. He whispers me and asks me to kill the sorc that is known for exploiting saying that he is a hacker so on and so forth. This NB has killed me more times than I can count.

I'm like WTH am I gonna kill him with , harsh language ? And furthermore I'd rather kill the NB than any other player in ESO for being the single most no skill cowardly griefer in the game. The nerve of this guy.

This whole thing just gets stranger and stranger.

These people are NA server right? I'm on the EU server so can't see what impact they are having on PvP. Are these guys consistently getting top scores in PvP? There's so few of them that if they aren't constantly taking Emp then that's probably why ZOS doesn't see it as a big issue to address, or at least one of lower priority. That, or ZOS can't figure out how it's done so can't prove it's a hack and therefore are powerless. We gotta figure out how this is done then flame post a tutorial for it. Get hundreds of people doing it and they will hot fix it like no tomorrow.

I mentioned this to my guild yesterday and one of them straight away said "Is his name ****?" and a lot of people know about him, even here on EU. I was then showed a video of a DK doing a similar thing, so it's not sorc specific. This DK was consistently hitting zero health, then suddenly his health would jump up twice as if he popped 2 GDB. But all he was doing was running, ignoring the raid of 24 people throwing everything they had at him. It was even more stunning than that Sorc video.

No idea how Trapping Webs could be involved...one morph fears, the other spawns spiders that deal a poison DoT. I see no spiders. Hmm the webs snare players. Something about being snared/slowed plus vampire? I have no idea.

They are using the perma-mist form 75% + the 5 piece Cyro light 25% reduction. Watched two of them get CC'd under siege fire outside of a keep, ate multiple fire siege shots, and multiple people bashing on them at the same time. They have been here this long, they aren't going anywhere unfortunately

it is not 75%+25%

it is DMG*0.25*0.75 so that should them be able to do around a 80% mitigation not more.

DMG*0.25(75% reduction)*0.75(25% Reduction)

So for example the dude takes 8k Hit in the face it would be:

8000*0.25*0.75= 1500

so he still would get hit by 1,5k/skill.


And what do you mean by PERMA-Mistforn? Bugging out Mistform so the 75% is up all the time?

The problem is most likely related to ZOS having no clue about how their own game works, so they can't possibly have a clue how these people come to these 'creative' solutions to the current TTK in Cyrodiil.

Not a question of possible with these guys, and yes, bugging out mistform so the 75% is up all the time is exactly what I'm pointing out. They eat damage from 10+ people while being sieged.

Not sure if its the same exploit they are using. DK seems to be different. Sorc dude has to do smth with shields


Also, usually exploits like this spread after sometime, in this case, its still only those 3 idiots using it and NOBODY else figured out how to do it.

ZOS has already made it very clear. They don't care. Exploit and cheat away. There are no ramifications in this "game."

I know the vamp passive where you take less damage the lower your health is comes in to play with the sorc hackers. It's fairly easy to get them to 50% HP, but when they are <15% HP, I will literally be critting for 0 dmg while they are cc'd with no shields up. Combat Cloud just throws up 0's all over my screen.
