Dude... this is about Cyrodiil... PvP... ESO... ever played it?

i didnt play the PC version, obviously it does need to be seperated because the only people coming in here spazzing are PC players who have been playing for over a year probably. Console players are just now getting to vet (the majority, not people like myself who are level 35 because they have a full time job and go to school) So obviously we are going to be talking about our current experience. But as i said, PC players are welcome to educate how late game changes the game. I dont mind reading.

I need more practice.

1) avoid main zerg lanes to avoid those stealth players. Use magelight morpgh that doesn't give you mag if you are magika. If you are stam stat close to someone that has it on.

2) that comet/meteor you can get away from easily. Reflect it back or block the initial blast and roll out. Regroup at a place to your advantage if you are outnumbered. Kite em.

3). Why you so close to wrecking blow . even as a melee player you should have some range skill for when players get close with that skill.

4) dmg seems right. If you don't pay attention to many situations you will be steam rolled (happens to me all the time lol). But if you can react, use your build and playsryle to its advantages then you'll be good. Also balance your gear between stat management and survivability against physical and mag attacks. Use multiple armor sets.

i cant wait to go vet and gear up to come back and tell you about how the game hasnt changed for me at all. i really hope thats the case. in my experience of playing all things competitive or pvp i have always excelled and you know what. people just blow. thats usually all it is. if i can do it why cant you. thats my mindset. sure things are imbalanced at times. But just like in forex, you can minimize the risks and manage alot of it by doing things differently. im done with this post until level 50 vet, to appease the vets in this thread currently. There are many ways to combat one-shots... reveal potions, magelight, revealing flare, any kind of amor buff or shield. Of course people can get the upper hand and be sneaky, but there are ways to not get one shotted. The game is very well balanced. Seriously, like it has only gotten more balanced with time. Im sure the Devs get one shotted all the time (I hope by me sometimes). Can we just stop beating this dead horse? No? Oh.

It's balanced to a degree. We already highlighted the imperfections in another thread (nirn, sharp, etc.).

Class shield+ magelight+ anticipating gankers saves your butt from one-shots.

Use different gear if your zerging versus gear you use in solo play.

Vet14's are op, vet1-8 are way underpowered... i used to love pvp but now when i can barely kill people theres no point.

You finish part of the pve but now you can't take breaks by doing a bit of pvp because in order to be viable you need to do a lot of grinding.

Thats what you have to look forward too.

I wnot beat this "dead horse" i just want to say tha all my activities in ESo are on hold untill i see some serious effort that i can see not read about in making PvP playable for someone else than players like you.

Have you tried any of the suggestions offered in this thread before just quitting the game?

no post is going to say how they are playing (typically) but im sure you can see how people play, they are completely mental. So i have to assume they arent playing rcorrectly if they are on here complaining. Man if i was having problems i just may come on here and make a post complaining about inbalance and this and that. But i do JUST fine. I dont see how others can consistantly now have the same experience unless they arent doing something right. Im not saying im perfect, but what im doing is obviously better then all you kids posting "imbalance" on this post here. I cant see it any other way.

Some posts are made by salty players for sure, but a lot of these players that are some of the finest players I've ever had the pleasure to fighting alongside (or dying to in many cases). ESO is not massive scale warfare, at this point Battlefield can support more players with greater stability. With the knowledge that 40 people does not make a massive battle, it makes sense to draw the conclusion there could be some things fixed.

I am happy for you that you enjoy pvp with your 15 deep meatshield, but that is not the only viable tactic or I should say "should not" be the only viable tactic. In real massive warfare, small groups are just as important as the major force as they each can do things the other cannot.

Out of curiosity, what campaign/server/faction are you playing on? Those answers could very well help us figure out why your experience seems to be so out of sync with other players.

No dude. The game is not literally designed to be one way. If it was all 20 man groups then why did they give EVERYONE stealth. The game is designed to be open enough that players play the game the way they want to. That's why there are options for PvP, Raids, Dungeons, Crafting, Solo, etc. Even the character progression and design is set up in a way to allow you to do what you want.

I love all the pictures of people getting killed by burst DPS characters and citing them as evidence of an unbalanced game. Do you want burst/assassin type characters to not exist? Everyone should only hit for a max of 10K? Burst-er is gonna burst. This is not a problem...

And yeah lvl 30 console player... LOL just wait till you see VR14 500 + Botted champions points with 5 million gold worth gear players doing inifinte dodge roll and killing 15 men raid using squechy animation canceling macro in between dodge rolls to oneshot most of them in the vet campaing xD

Then you have the lag zerging. raid doing intentional server lag when there ult is full to spam ult and have multiple of them registered one shottting any group with 20 + lagged ult when tehre is suppose to be 2-3

I see healers, dks and sorcs at the top of mine currently. and i can almost promise you they are sticking with a group and going in the correct way. YOU ARENT DOING IT RIGHT. PROMISE.

this is just an opinion. i am mainly a console gamer. But i also have a nice computer so i play PC games only. meaning league of legends, wow and other mmos that i cant touch on the console. I am a halo player at heart but have been everywhere from rainbow six vegas to shadowrun as well. And i just sold a 6k gamebattles account lol. Just because im good at other games i cant be good or even play a console one / dude this post has no room for stupid like you. I mean i havent been vr14 so i cant speak on that yet. I really hope its not as terrible as you guys make it seem LOL. I will still be zerging and setting up seige to help take keeps. So lets see if MY playstyle still sticks.
