Not receiving content from Imperial Edition or Explorer's Pack

Lads just so you all when you putting in support tick if you click billing and then it gives you options post something else that way a real person get back to you not a email

I very shocked to see we never got a update but they can send emails saying the problem been resolved I must say there not taking care of this matter very professional this matter should be in there number 1 thing to fix seeing that people paid good money for this

I've still yet to receive my maps. I was ok with waiting before but I'm quickly out leveling my gear now and I want to get the next set of gear in my treasure chests. I don't really want to have to spend crowns to get what I should already have. I have both of the mudcrabs in my collections already. The only thing I appear to be missing is my maps which were in my pc character's bank as well but not carried over.

I remember this being an issue for some people on the pc version on release I thought this would have been looked into before console launch so it didn't happen again. Can you not just send the maps back out to all affected players again like you did last time?

I'm not playing the game until i get what i payed for, I want to start an imperial, I payed for imperial edition and never got it Who's fault is it anyways ps4/xbone or is it eso? Can we plz have an update.

I emailed their support yesterday and I clearly stated, in all caps, that there was no problem with the code but that the problem was on their end. I got a reply within minutes saying I needed to contact Sony PlayStation support. So I contacted them anyways and I was told that, no I would have to contact the games publishers because it's in-game content and the problem lies with them. So they have me playing a game of cat and mouse just to try and get the items that I've already paid for but haven't received, They're absolutely useless.

Wake up, still no update? Really? 5th day we're going on now and all I want to do is be a Breton in the Ebonheart Pact. And now it's the weekend. Everyone will be level 50 before I get to even play. Fkin JOKE. Everyone who got hit by this bug should get all future DLCS for free or a refund, whichever they would prefer. Horrendous. I really hope Fallout 4 doesn't get released in a state like this.

I bought the imperial edition, I never received the imperial edition, i don't expect to get the imperial edition. It's digital theft they wont even tell us what's going on, that's because we just got robed.

Cmon that's overreacting, they'll give them to you as soon as they can get a fix in. I also don't have the Explorer's Pack benefits but I am not complaining of theft.

I'm on PS4, I pre-ordered the Imperial Edition and still have not recieved one item from either the Imperial Edition or the Explorer's Pack, Zenimax and Bethesda need to hurry up and fix their game. It's been the fifth day the game's out and they still haven't even given most of the players they're items they promised tthey'd get is they pre-ordered or bought the Imperial Edition of the game.

I love how no one at ESO support is replying to me anymore and admin seems to have given up on this fourm as well as there is no updates to be heard of.

Very disappointed by this and Zenimax. No wonder Bethesda stayed clear of this didnt want to ruin there reputation.

They resolved the issue for me. I did a ticket in game and waited with some patience. Responded to the emails explaining my situation. Once I sent in a screenshot of my purchase receipt from my Microsoft account they sent me in game currency to buy the adventure pack . I was missing the explorer pack part of the premium . Be patient and have some politeness. They are only human and crap happens.

The only people I know who have gotten help were people who said they were going to ask for a refund if their issue is o resolved.

I'm on PlayStation I contacted them also but they told me to contact the publisher of the game cause that's were the problem is.

@ZeagaX13 Yep, you actually morph them, you cannot craft them if you are not an Imperial or have the Imperial motif learned.

It says,
"Gain unique bonuses, crafting styles, gear, and more."
Crafting styles, meaning we should be able to learn how to craft it, not that we have to make the gear then change it. I know you can buy it with crowns I believe to make it but I'm pretty sure that it should have came with the Imperial Bonus pack from my understanding.

So now it's Sunday, and still nothing? Worst support team ever. Now I don't even want to play, I just want a refund. Completely sucked all the joy out of the Elder Scrolls for me, this experience has. WHY ADVERTISE CONTENT PEOPLE CANNOT ACCESS? FKIN JOKE. All I wanted to do was be a Breton in the Ebonheart Pact, which is why I got the Explorer's pack. Now all my friends are 15+ levels ahead of me. Cool. Good job.
