Not receiving content from Imperial Edition or Explorer's Pack

    Update? I hope they patch this soon because my friends are going to out level me like crazy by the time I actually get to play this game properly.

    Okay, silly question regarding the Explorer pack - you DID check your in-game mail, didn't you? The only reason I ask is that I ended up stumbling across it while running through the menus. The same with my 'racial motifs' pack (which I was convinced I didn't have until I found they'd been added to my inventory).

    Forgot to mention, I did get mail for the Imperial, not the explorer's pack. Explorer's pack should have been with the game right from the download since it is needed to make any race in any alliance so it wouldn't make sense why you would have to make a character and have to go into your mail just so you can make another character the way you want them to be. I could just buy the adventurer's pack with my crowns, but why would I pay for something that I should already have? As you can see, I'm quite annoyed.

    Still no idea what cause the problem? Why nit just look our accounts and if we own the imperial and the explorer pqck add it manualy? I know it's take a couple of hours but atleast it's something.

    Guys, I have same problem as well in xbox one, bought premium edition for 99usd, + ESO Plus, I received the crowns but unfortunately not getting the explorer pack and can play with selected alliance only. Hope they will fix this soon.

    FYI : I have this game in PS4 as well, I did get explorer pack and all the items, it seems the issue only in xbox one.

    As we got to know here in the forums the Explorer's Pack and Imperial Edition only for one account. That's completly different to how it's usually handled on Xbox One. But not only that, Bethesda (publisher) didn't tell us in the description of the Xbox Store.     Lads this problem is happening across PS4 and Xbox one if you read back you see that I am sure they are working on this problem as fast as they can they have been giving us updates in here with updates so keep an eye out

    That's cool n all, but why is it that even though I bought my own game and DLC, I don't have the explorer's pack? I'm mainly ticked over that. 100$ and I don't get some of my stuff...

    This is an excellent idea. It should be stored somewhere that we have bought what we bought, either in our purchase history for Microsoft or on our accounts for ESO correct? So why not just send it to us in the mail...


    Starting to feel like we should get something for all the inconvenient crap we've had to deal with on this launch...
    First few days it's practically unplayable because of all the server issues, and then there's issues with purchased content...

    I'm sorry for that guy. Somehow it seems like Bethesda WANTS to mess it up. That's sad as until this launch I was really confident and trusted them.

    I have the same problem. Waited 4 hours on hold with customer service and all they said was contact your retailer. Goto Game Stop and they said the adventure pack was only for the standard edition. I ended up buying it on the crown store. Please fix this, also I cannot find my rings of Mara. I do love the game just frustrating sometimes.

    That's strange - my pack was included as a mail (or at least the additional maps were, the rest was of course included from the beginning). Was yours a physical copy or digital?

    You cant check your 'mail' until you create a character, If you can't create any race under any faction then your pack isn't working. Plain and simple.

    That's true, but you should also get a mail containing the treasure maps too (so if one were working and not the other, it might indicate that it's a local problem and your console might need a cold boot).

    I don't know if it's the same for you (don't know if you've a physical or digital copy), but my Explorer pack in the physical copy is a separate code, not an automatic download - did you have to enter a code (might help others with Explorer pack problems)?

    As for error 318, that's a connectivity error - are you still getting that since the server maintenance, or do you have anything running in the background (downloads or apps etc)?

    My preorder XB1 had a scan/code card for the Imperial content, but nothing for the ExP. Gamestop rep gave me Bethesda's # 301-926-8300, telling me they (Bethesda) are aware of preorders missing ExP codes and would respond. Not that it helps me, being as I'm one of the many who can't see/hear a quest giving NPC.

    I did however get the maps (I believe it was though the ES mail) I was pretty drunk by the time (8hrs+) it was done updating where I could create my character.

    I fixed the 'silent/invisible NPC' bug with a cold boot of my system. Not sure if that helps at least one part of your problems?

    I like how when you email customer support they remind you that there are actual human beings with hopes and dreams on the other end yet the only response I got was to contact Microsoft.

    Which makes zero sense. The explorer pack shows as an installed add-on.

    I received everything in the pack except for the treasure maps (they were not attached to the in-game email).

    How is Microsoft going to fix that? Mail me the maps they don't have access to?

    Part of me just wants to buy them in the crown store and say screw it but I've already dumped enough on this game (Imperial pay wall and Explorer).

    Some crown points would be nice to compensate for the time taken to resolve the issue. I pre-ordered well in advance and appreciate the pre-order bonuses as a sort of reward for dedication. I'm sure others feel the same.

    Maybe when this issue is resolved (I have my Imperial Edition stuff but not the Explorer's Pack) it can roll out with some bonus crowns to the folks who are effected?

    Same problem on ps4! I pre ordered the imperial edition from the store and when i downloaded it all i got was the standard edition, also i got annoyed so bought crown packs to upgrade and they havnt added on either,i done this on tuesday and nothing, ive logged out and back in and reinstalled the game! My psn is coolfish89 if anyone can offer help,ive checked my mail too and still nothing

    Why is it so difficult to give us what we already paid for and were promised upon release. I own the Imperial Edition Pre Order just issue me new codes and give me what I'm owed I'm sick of waiting.

    At this point I have no choice but to call Microsoft and ask for a full refund. Their policy is a refund after 5 days of original purchase or 5 days after launch. Sorry zenimax/Bethesda but I paid $120 and don't have my dlc yet after three days still when obviously there have been many post and all you guys say is we are working on it when at this point it sounds like most of us are waiting to start this game with our dlc and your guys (devs) don't care cuz we would of had a fix on either the ps4 or Xbox one by now.

    I too have been trying to wait patiently for the DLC issues to be resolved. I purchased the Imperial Premium Bundle. The Imperial upgrade items as well as the 5500 crowns show up. However, the included Explorer Pack bonuses are nowhere to be seen. Strange that one would work but not the other. I would think it would be an all or nothing glitch.

    Right or wrong the server issues are to be expected, with any recently launched MMO. But not getting the items I paid extra for is harder to stomach. The first day I sent an email as many others have to provide notice of my issue. However, I have yet to receive even an automated response.

    Very, very disheartening...

    I rang sony 3 times and they told me without a reference number from bethseda they refuse to refund me, ive also spent €110 on the imperial edition and crown packs and im yet to recieve anything! Ive emailed them 3 times since tuesday and still nothing back! Suppose with an MMO of this size its ecpected but i refuse to play the game and level up to have to start a new game to what i want to actually be and use! Ill give them another 3-5 days

    I understand the lag issues, I understand the server/log in issues. Those are to be expected at release of an online game like this. What I don't understand is how people end up not getting things they paid for. Unbelievable. I want to be a Breton in the Ebonheart Pact. Nope, not allowed. And don't say it's an XBOX issue, because it's happening on the PS4 as well. It also happened LAST YEAR when you LAUNCHED THIS GAME on PC. And giving us the old "We're aware of this and investigating BLA BLA BLA" is no consolation. Why don't you fire your entire QA team, because this is now the SECOND TIME IN TWO LAUNCH ATTEMPTS that the same issues have arisen. Joke. And what's funnier is that I can be an Imperial, so the Imperial edition works, but the Explorer's Pack doesn't. By the time this is fixed and people(myself included) can make the character they actually want, most other players and friends will be 20+ levels ahead. Incompetence is the only word to describe this crapshow of a launch.

    Greetings,
    Thank you for your patience while we investigated this issue. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players who purchase the Imperial Edition of The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited from the PlayStation Store or Xbox Games Store automatically have the Imperial Edition perks applied to their PlayStation Network or Xbox Live Gold accounts. Players who pre-ordered a digital copy of the game and were entitled to the Explorer's Pack automatically received its perks once they registered their accounts and created a character.
    Console players who purchase a physical Imperial Edition of ESOTU receive a code in the box that grants them access to the bonuses for that edition. Players can register these codes on their accounts. Players who pre-ordered a physical copy of the game and were entitled to the Explorer's Pack bonuses received codes for the Explorer's Pack from their retailers.
    The Imperial Edition perks include the following:
    Play as an Imperial: Become an Imperial and play in any Alliance. Gain unique bonuses, crafting styles, gear, and more.
    White Imperial horse
    Pledge of Mara: complete the Ritual of Mara with a friend and receive an experience bonus when players play together.
    Mudcrab Vanity Pet
    The Explorer's pack includes the following bonuses:
    The ability to play any race in any alliance
    A Scuttler vanity pet
    Bonus treasure maps that will lead the player to loot
    Players can select which vanity pet and mount you wish to use through the Collections menu.
    On PS4: To access the Collection Menu, press [Options] and go to the Collections sub-menu.
    On Xbox One: To access the Collection Menu, press [Menu] and go to the Collections sub-menu.
    To toggle your mount, hold the button that normally brings up the in-game map
    On PlayStation 4: Press and hold the touch pad to mount or dismount
    On Xbox One: Press and hold the View (Back or Map) button to mount or dismount
    The Pledge of Mara and treasure maps are delivered to the first character via mail. Players should access their mail through the Mail menu located under the Social Menu. Players can move these items between characters using their bank. They'll need to open the map containers to place the maps into their bank.

    No, this issue has NOT been solved.I HAVE ordered a physical copy of ESOTU for XBOX ONE, I HAVE entered the Explorer's Pack code that game with the game and I DO see it attached to my game. I DO NOT have access to any of the items or perks in game or in character creation. This is the FIRST AND ONLY character I have made, I know what to look for and where to look and I DO NOT have it. I would like this problem to be actually solved so I can play the game with the extras that were promised.

    This super glitch game I can play now but dlc is missing preorder. Upgrade to imperial edition not getting all dlc and perks as promise. Bought more coins to buy adventure pack and stater pack seems I got that dlc. But should all ready got it from explorer pack and imperial pack wasted a extra crowns of I wish they refunded me the crowns for adventure and starter pack since I should of not need to buy it to get again dlc I all ready pay for form explorer and imperial pack. Further more mounts still don't work at all. Needs fix. I have to date bought the game $65 after tax. Bought $105 in crown and don't forget I bought eso plus membership on top of this. Let nothing been done to fixed the issue. I should of not pay total of $180 on a broken game. Dlc should of work and been downloaded not unlock on too server. I don't care if it was downloaded as a key. I should have a back system install to prevent this glitch/bug. From every happen. Again I asked for refund of crowns for adventure and starter pack. I asked due to inconvenice you cause for me to go out of the way to try to get what I should of got from the beginning. Imperial only cause about $80 and plus is $15 this comes out to $95 not $180. All so my copy copy is digital not disc. If was disc I took the game back to store told them it was defective and wanted refund but I can't now.
