@reapermech That quest marker is bugged. The Prophet is inside Sadreno House by the south gate, not Avani House. my quest to talk to the prophet is currently plagued by an invisible prophet inside the Avani House in Davons Watch. this is a main story quest so i cant abandon it or restart this quest on this character.
