    I have a similar problem. I think it is a piece of the most recent quest dialog for quests that you have started but not completed... Quite annoying, but it doesn't touch the frustration level of the unfinishable Prisoner of Jathsogur quest... I put the game down for a couple of days and came back, it was even worse than when I left it....

    Please fix the guild bank and inventory stacking issue. Running out of room fast for everyone. Even picking everything up and depositing back does not make things stack. So far it is affecting any stackable item in the game. This was fixed on pc.

    I can't load my character!!! I keep getting the "unable to connect to server" message, but I can create a NEW character. What's going on? Is my character now wrecked?? This is very annoying...

    No it's not your character. I get that message upwards of 15+ times a day. Myself and a lot of other players don't know what's going on and there hasn't been much response from ZOS.

    I woke up this morning and the update has stopped downloading halfway through saying that there is an error. It now keeps going between trying to download and preparing to download. Every so often the whole download stops and I get this message -

    "A DNS Server cannot be used.
    The DNS server did not respond within the time limit"

    I don't think it is my internet because all other downloads worked fine. Is anybody else having this problem? does anybody know how I can fix it?

    It's definitely not my internet, it's working fine. I just don't understand why I'm allowed to create a new character, but can't load the existing one. So frustrating...

    Over and over and over again, my internet is 100% spot on, the ESO "help" service is an automated joke that doesn't care. What is going on? Why does this keep happening and when will it be fixed! It's only affecting the EU Megaserver, i want to play with the character I have worked on!!!

    Are you sure you can create a new character, i just tried to and i got through the creation but it couldn't load it and go into the game....

    I can log in to my low level characters but the one that is my main keeps telling me I cannot connect to the server? Why is that because that is the account I have spent a fair bit on for crown upgrades...

    HAHAHAHA they "fixed" the prisoner of jathsogur by making it impossible to do instead of almost impossible. before the npc would spawn every now and then. Havn't heard of her spawning since the patch. I'm about to quit and go play final fantasy 14 at least they will fix bugs when they work on them instead of making it much worse. I'm very disapointed in this company. Great game but the update team is *** and needs to be replaced with people that know what they are doing.

    I'm having the same problem dude! But only my main character I can play my low levels and start a new one

    I'm having the same issue, I travelled from Deshaan to Shadowfen manually as it wouldn't let me fast travel to see if that would work no I can't load in at all! I've reset my internet connection and I'm now stuck in a vicious cycle! Fix this please!!

    Yo dude my character was in shadow fen when I logged out last night! What about if it's that part of the map that has bugged out?

    I'm also having trouble with the "unable to connect to the server" I can load the game where I am in ebon crypt, move around and see other players in there. But when I try to exit the cave I exit back to main menu with the "unable to connect to server" message.

    Which alliance are you with? And is it the 3rd region you go to?

    My guy was also in Shadowfen. They better fix this, support is useless,I worked really hard on that build.

    Your new patch sucks. Nothing loads people are all black I can't talk. Map is blank screen is blank I run in place. Almost nothing works. Shifty work here people.

    Is there going to be a Text-chat Feature for consoles?
    I think, that the implementation of a Feature like this would add far more depth to the game and all players would enjoy it much more, that the do it now.
    In my opinon Text-chat is an essential Feature for every MMO and I think, that all players share my thoughts.
    It is clear, that First of all Performance issues, Bugs, and login Problems should be solved but as soon as the general problems are fixed and you can concentrate on adding new content, you should take my point into Account.

    Furthermore im very pleased with the game :)

    Keep getting kicked from the game whenever I try to enter Icehammer's Vault in Eastmarch, with it telling me to make sure I have a vaild internet connection, which I do it just seems to be this place doesn't want my awesomeness inside haha.

    before the storm bugged cant enter serpents grotto tryed resetting router logged out for 10 mins reloaded still the same message, you must have a valid internet connection?????? o well back to Neverwinter.and maybe you lot should take up knitting you might be better at that???

    Game now randomly exits to the Xbox home screen. Just out of the blue all goes black. Is happening a lot today no idea why. Just up and quits.

    Please fix group finder que times on Xbox One. I que up as a healer and it still takes 2 hrs to get matched with a group..

    That statement was concerning the downtime that will happen this upcoming Monday, not this one.
