Over and over and over again, my internet is 100% spot on, the ESO "help" service is an automated joke that doesn't care. What is going on? Why does this keep happening and when will it be fixed! It's only affecting the EU Megaserver, i want to play with the character I have worked on!!!

But downloading from this slow bethesda server is just not acceptable.
Does anyone know if I can change some settings to increase the speed?
Already tried to change the DNS on the playstation but this does not help.

i have the same problem, its ridiculous. once jumped to semi-normal Speed (30 mins left), them back to 46 hrs with 100 mbps DL

And I'm still downloading that 16gig patch thanks for that aswell even though it should of been 500megs. How can such a big company be so stupid it cripples me to think the money you guys get for half assing everything.
