Invisible npc's I was able to correct by logging off exiting the game completely and restarting. I will admit though I am playing eu server xb1 as it seems more stable.

I've been unable to get into the game at all. I get through the queue screen and the opening cut scene but then I'm stuck on another loading screen that has lasted for two and a half hours before I finally decide to restart it. I've tried getting in repeatedly.

I am on ps4 and I got the same problem, plus every time I try to invite a player in my guild I have a message "account not found", I am sick of it, did contact support, ticket customer service the lot! For no result at all! Expensive crap!

I am at a loss for words...Elder scrolls series have always been a favorite of mine..until now.If it's not getting knocked out of the game every few minutes (I have excellent Internet btw) and waiting up to ten minutes to get back on it's invisible NPC's that you can't interact with and therefore CAN NOT PROGRESS. ( Restarting didn't do jack either!) Decided to make a new character because my main guy was stuck with the invisibility issue, guess what, the First NPC was INVISIBLE TOO. I don't care what it states at the time of purchase about no refunds, because if you do not fix this crap and make it playable YOU WILL REFUND MY MONEY and I will buy the other game I put off and decided not to get to wait for the release of this game which I can apparently only play 10% of my already limited time.

hello, i was just wondering if there were any plans to fix the stacking issue in the guild bank. it is a pain, and a waste of space to have 5 to 10 slots filled with same item. other than that i believe the game to be very solid. thanks.

Glitch last night 06-17/18 w/ Nemaro at the end of the Buried Secrets of Bthzark. Would not allow me to talk to him after trying multiple times. Sometimes showed he was there but could not see him at all. Was not able to finish the quest last night cause of that.

Sooo... Started a bew character and now im in stonefalls for the first time. Everything has been going well for a few days now (not getting kicked out as much and being abl to log in has been a lot faster. Well here I stand (right as im typing this and the NPC 'Holgunn' (delaying the daggers quest) is INVISIBLE! Just gone! Not there. It gives me the prompt to press A to talk to him but I can not. He must have gotten a chameleon suit from somewhere. I need him back so I can progress! Untill then, i will have to play one of my other characters. Please fix soon

Do you guys know if there will be any fixes with PS vita remote play to allow button reassigning? The r1 & l1 need to be swapped to r2 & l2, its very difficult to play they way you have it set up on vita.

I am having an issue where... on the horbarage solo quest I am told to speak to the prophet after I see the little people from the past... blah blah blah... w/e. anyway after they all appear at the table and I have to talk to him again. the dialogue will not let me selct anything but goodbye... I am literally stuck in the fn horbarage.... wish that was my only issue but its not. invisible npc's, constant time outs, some weird message saying that im message spamming. whatever that means.. my gaming experience of this game is really not looking up. and im so pissed I paid $80 for this fn game if its not even working correctly. minor issues is one thing..

Another thing is that I haven't ever been able to enter cyrodil; every time I try when I am joining the campaign the screen goes to black with no loading screen and then says that it can't connect to the game server.

This about sums up how im feeling at the moment... despite the other issues im having...

Can I get a hallelujah.....! If this didn't hit the nail perfectly on the head I don't know who can....this post some of my exact feelings and I'm sure many of you..... I / we will back this up 100% ( I don't care what it states at the time of purchase about no refunds, because if you do not fix this crap and make it playable YOU WILL REFUND MY MONEY and I will buy the other game I put off and decided not to get)...if you guys do not prove to us as fans and customers then you will back up your product and/or satisfy your customers by anymeans possible...and to think I paid an extra $15 for ESO monthly membership that is completely useless.

I just bought ESOTU last night for xbox one, created a character. When I entered the tutorial, none of the sound effects for my character or other characters are working. I CANNOT hear any sound effects or the NPC voices. I can only read the dialogue. Their mouths aren't even moving. I've restarted my xbox several times, unplugged it and waited, I've done power cycling, I've done everything put take the game back. Nothing works. It does it in both servers and on any character I create. HELP!!! i've sent in two customer service tickets, several emails, posted several threads. No answers. I'm going to unintall it one more time, wait the three freaking hours for it to install and then create a whole new character. I deleted everything. All of my audio settings are correct. I just want some type of answer on how to fix it.

The guild bank is buggy, glitchy and generally badly done. Items don't stack, the guild bank frequently gets stuck in loading, and some transactions take several seconds to complete. It's been like this since release on PC. PC players can get an add-on to stack stuff with one click of a button, but it still takes time to sit in the bank dialog and wait out the shuffling. Apparently, this was part of a fix to prevent an item duplication bug, but it's a quick and dirty fix that seems to have become permanent.

I can't play more than 5 to 20 mins at a time kicks me off says can't connect to server check internet connection my internet connection is fine everything thing else works except this game

Powering off my console and restarting the game on Xbox One did not resolve the issue of Valaste being invisible at the end of Long Lost Lore.

Listen. I paid a premium for this game and because of this invisible player issue, it is basically unplayable.

We need to start talking about getting our money back.

"this will be fixed in the next patch" doesn't cut it...

Just went into ilessan tower for the first time and now I'm stuck in the floor and can't move. The " get unstuck " does not work and I even tried fast traveling. Now I'm at a point where I can't do anything. Any thoughts

i guess i found a bug its in the Tempest Island group dungeon the npcs were invisible and i could not talk to them and the dungeon bosses were also. and logging out and back in fixed it

I got the game about two days ago and no matter what I do I always get Error 301, can't connect to any server. Can't even play. Awesome...

Part "Assist Tadras Relvi" of the SCHOOL DAZE quest is not responding. No crocodile has been summoned for several hours.
