    How long is this delay on the crowns from the eso plus and its been a week now with no imperial or explorers content .. you guys need to start giveing answers for this you are ripping people off i was ok with it for a few days but not now .. if there is no answers i will be gettin my money back for both .. its a good game just worst costumer service EVER !!

    I keep getting a error 301 when trying to log in. I try signing in to the european server it would not let me. I even tried a fresh install, but encounter the same problem. This is all on my xbox one.

    I can't start the game since release day on my PS4...

    I can't listen to the music theme anymore and I hate fog.....

    Why isn't the issue of people who pre-ordered the Imperial Edition but have been granted neither the Explorer pack or Imperial Edition posted in the 1st post of known issues? And they also removed the trending FAQ about it. Add this to the fact they are not replying to Emails on the subject (in my case anyway) are they hoping by ignoring this problem and everyone experiencing it that we will all just give up and let them have our money for nothing???

    If they grant it in the crown store would that not work for us? Im giving it another day or 2 then getting PSN on the case. For anyone on PS4 who bought the game from PSN if Bethesda/ESO wont grant you the Explorer and or Imperial edition after you paid for it then you can escalate the problem with PSN on the basis that you have been provided with a faulty service/product. End result being PSN make them grant you the perks. Getting to the stage Id rather my money back but that wont happen. Sad state of affairs the level of service and disrespect we are receiving.

    I still haven't seen any acknowledgement of people's games crashing every 5 minutes. You have not provided us with any information or way to get around this. I have contacted customer support several times and only got a generic reply the first time telling me to follow the forum and if I continued having troubles to contact you again. I have and received no customer support. Surely this is a known issue by now as many people have been posting about it here and it seems to be getting brushed over. The one time I was able to play without my game crashing I encountered invisible npcs and had to restart after which my game crashed every 5 minutes again. I can spend 2 hours on character creation and it does not crash but as soon as I enter the game I get 50 paces or so and crash. Please either fix this or at least let us know you acknowledge this is an issue and you are working on it.

    Get rid of the login queuing system in place. i should have to wait to play a game. Expand servers or something. This makes me not want to play the game.

    this as to be the most error prone game ever to be released, bought this game first day of release and submitted a ticket because of being booted all the time. still not had a response only a generic email telling me to adjust my internet to suit your games needs, when there is clearly nothing wrong my end, no other game seems to have any issues with my internet.

    there seems to be one error after another , just when you think everything is alright BAM booted back to the xbox home screen, please do not tell me to reboot my system and cold boot I HAVE *** DONE THAT TEN TIMES ALREADY.

    enough is enough now if you required us the people who keep people like you in business who actualy bye your game to beta test it for you and fix the bugs, then at least you could have give us the game for free , instead of paying all that money for something when other AND I REPEAT OTHER, titles such as witcher hunt could have been purchased.

    i am now *** off with the amount of times being booted and decided to trade this pile of *** back in or get a refund. RANT OVER

    sorry i have to disagree, the amount of revenue this game would accumalte even on the first day of release they should be working 24/7 to support it especially with so many bugs

    So many people are on here crying about all the little things, and the eso team is only fixing the little things. What about those of us who pre ordered imperial and explorer packs, downloaded them, and then didn't have access to them in game. I took it a step further and bought 5500 crowns on the Xbox store and tried to used them to get the two packs in game. It worked, but then I realized I was on the European server because the US one was down,and when you buy in game dlc on European server, it doesn't transfer to us server BTW. Now I'm $120 dollars in on this game on the US server, and I still don't have access to the two packs. I called the customer support and after waiting for 3 hours they said there was nothing they could do but submit an email to the top dogs, which I had already done. Not I have 2 tickets that were submitted to them on the 11th, neither of which have been responded to, problem in solved. To think I was planing to subscribe to this game. FML, guess it's time to go back to warframe.
    All I want is access to the packs(and a 400 crown refund of course, which I wouldn't have bought if the first place if the game would have just worked from the start) how hard can that be.

    On a multitude of missions, the NPC I am supposed to talk to is not there. I tried 5 different missions yesterday and could not finish any of them because NPC's won't show up.

    Also, some enemies won't show up either. It sucks getting killed by something you can't see.

    Hello,

    I didn't get access to imperial and explorers pack dlc when i downloaded the game. I was upset and bought crowns to purchasing the imperial edition through the crown store which worked fine. I recently read that it was a glitch that i was infact supposed to have access to it and they are investigating the issue.

    My question is, will i get reimbursed for the crowns i used for content i was already supposed to have but didn't because of a game error?

    It would only seem fair. It might have been stupid in my part but i really wanted to be imperial with a white horse. I didn't buy the explorers pack.

    Also i was under the impression that when i bought eso plus that i would have received the crowns immediately but a guess ill be receiving them starting next month ?

    I know the game has a few glitches right now but i love the feel it gives when running around with friends stealing and looting.

    I would just like to be reimbursed for that imperial purchase. It wasn't cheap.

    And one final question. I Used to play an MMO called DC universe with an optional subscription as well. If the subscription was bought, you'd be prioritized when login in. Is it the same here or am i treated the same as non subscribers? I personally liked that benefit.

    Games been out 7 days now guys. Still no fix for Imperial pre order edition. First game in ALONG time I preorder as I normally wait till bugs are fixed and read afew reviews first. Thanks for screwing me over like other games have in the passed.

    Your customer service now ignores me on this subject. No one on fourms has a clue when it will be fixed other then just shut up and wait.

    Poor performance all round from Zenimax I must admit. Thanks for punishing us who pre ordered your game in good faith from the digital store.

    Lesson well learned and wont be repeated from me.

    This is listed in the issues that ZOS is working on. I believe the notes say they've submitted the patch to MS for review this week.

    In order to get around this, go to Xbox One dashboard and launch a different game you have installed on your hard drive. Once it starts launching, you can then relaunch ESO, log back in and the NPCS will be there. Only doing a logout won't work. You DO NOT have to do a hard reset of the Xbox.

    [PS4] Main quest broken.

    What people are discussing in this thread linked below, is occurring with me on PS4.
    I really don't remember to skip the tutorial. But I'm on level 10, a lot of quest completed and the main one is stucked. The prophet doesn't spawn at all.

    Been a week and I still don't see the bug that magicka/health/stamina bars remains visible at all times with food buffs active. How many times has this been reported now?!
    End the tedious inventory management game.

    @guangui I suggest you contact Support directly from http://help.elderscrollsonline.com and explain your situation. While I can't promise a positive result, that is probably your best course of action. Note that your first reply you get may be a "stock response", and you may need to reply to that one as well.

    Crowns that were due as part of ESO Plus are bugged, and not arriving on time. You can mention that in your email to Support as well.

    There is currently no queue priority for ESO Plus members, neither in logging into the game, nor in queueing for PvP. That doesn't mean it won't change in the future though, as it is a feature that has been requested a lot (as well as being opposed a lot).

    I pre-ordered the game for x-box console. When I started playing (when I could play, that is), I noticed that I hadn't received the maps that I understood to be part of the pre-order package, but I had received the little pet and was able to choose any Alliance. One day on the forums here I saw someone mention that they had no trouble playing on the EU server. I figured I'd give it a try, and lo-and-behold, my maps were available to me in an e-mail. These maps are only available under the EU server. I'm mentioning this because I'm seeing a lot of folks here are saying they aren't receiving things that they've purchased (crowns, Imperial Edition, etc.) and wondered if maybe the same thing happened to you? Maybe it would be interesting to check it out.

    Here stated : "Unable to send mail: We've seen reports that you sometimes cannot send or receive mail. This appears to be caused by spaces in a player's Xbox Gamertag. We're actively working on a fix for this."
    -> That isn't correct !I have problems with mailing to gamertags with AND without spaces and vice versa !

    I have not been able to log in AT ALL on my XBOX one - using an existing ESO account (ESP PC Char copy deal). However another person on the same xbox can create a new ESO account and log into the game. I tried both NA and EU servers per document - still get Login Failed - Unexpected error occurred. can someone from ESO help ? created several tickets and 2 threads and no response from ESO support.

    I have the problem that I cant summon daedric creatures since a few hours. My character does the animation, Magicka drains but the daedric dont spawn. Same thing happens on my other character. Im playing ESO on Xbox one. Any players experiencing the dame problem?

    Hi all, been looking round before I post this to see if it's a major issue at the moment but when I attempt to log into the European server I get the message "Position in Queue: 1148 and Wait Time: 1 min 18 sec"

    Anyone else getting this at the moment? PS4.

    Items in guild bank will not combine. Each time an item is deposited, it forms it's own seperate stack. Even when withdrawn, items will stay in seperate stacks.
