They should just replace that entire skill, with something better and not as cheesy. I could come up with a million cool ideas for a single target 2H skill, that would blow uppercut out of the water and not be as broken at the same time.
Who even thought uppercut was a good idea?

You guys are right I was just huttburt about an encounter
2 handers are pretty easy to deal with as a nightblade TBH I just got caught with my pants down
Lot of good 2h players out there, sorry for dissing y'all
I just think it is stupid that somebody can press a button and do 12000 damage in one second. You should have to build up and perform a combination of moves and spells to do something like that. I wish combat was more complex than this.
Perhaps what is required is replacing all two handers with pillows so they don't do any damage...
I had a player whom allowed me to spam wrecking blow on them, then the hate tell came.
I couldn't help but think, Y U NO DODGE ROLL?
Am I the only one that thinks the game is reasonably balanced at the moment? No one class is too powerful, no one skill line is too OP. Some have advantaged, but everything can be countered or avoided, and nothing is foolproof.
Sometimes I die, sometimes I don't.
I do not use 2H, yet I am fine with WB how it is, despite just yesterday getting jacked up by it a lot. In fact, I don't think anything needs to be nerfed, a few things need minor adjustments is all, but just minor, and most of those things are skills that could be tweaked to make them a bit MORE useful, not less so that people might occasionally use them.

On the other hand, it should either not buff itself (because that just leads to spam), or be interruptable. To have it both buff itself and be uninterruptable is to me a little too much.
Make it interrupt-able, and its alright...

Empower only adds about 6% actual damage, I don't think this is excessive.
And no melee ability should ever be interruptable, it would make it entirely useless. This is exactly why Biting Jabs is so useless in PvP, not only does it give the target free CC immunity, but it is also interruptable.
The only way to land a Wrecking Blow against a decent player 1vs1, is through a combination of lag and Fear/Fossilize. Just get someone from another alliance to fight you for practice for a while, and you'll see how easy it is to avoid WB. It is slow, it is cumbersome and it has a narrow radius. Nerf WB in any way what so ever and 2H becomes useless in PvP for most classes (NBs would have Surprise Attack I guess).
