If it is responsive as Invasion from the 1H/S line then I may just spend the skill point.
I have yet to put a point into this skill on my Templar.

Why did you declare it fixed in the patch notes when it clearly wasn't? Do you actually test the "fixes"? People reported right away after the patch it was still broken. Also, why is there a global cool down when none of the other charge type abilities have one?
Fixes are indeed tested thoroughly. This issue was not able to be reproduced prior to the patch being released, hence why it ended up in the patch notes, and why we're asking for additional information and consistent repro steps now (which may not exist if the bug just happens randomly). Bugs can be very hard to fix if they are very hard to reproduce, so we appreciate all of the additional information that people have provided so far . Our teams will continue to investigate the issue with this information, as well as any /bug reports that come in.
