Very simple. Maybe if they paid attention and responded to the most important topic on this forum for console, we'd give it a 'rest'. Ignoring threads with 2200 posts in it surely doesn't bode well for ZOS.
Agreed. Give it a rest but you guys ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore..... But wait ... "Ask us anything!". Please, bro. Just..... Please.

If they could answer, don't you think they would? So there must be a reason that they can't, and badgering only creates a toxic environment. Whether that reason is execs that don't have the thankless jobs of getting on forums, money people that don't really care, or some other thing isn't really going to change it. So they will tell us when they can. After all, though we pay/paid money, they're in the position of their livelihood being on the line by saying anything outside of what they're told they can say.
Just food for thought.

Cmon, you just proved that guy 100 percent correct.
Respect the other posters.
Hi ZoS, my question of the day.
What are your intentions on addressing your reasons that you're the only major console mmo without some sort of text chat in game?
Riko_Futatabi wrote: »As a player that prefers only to play on one character in MMOs and has always disliked the idea of making an Alt. Would you consider making it possible to switch classes at a Rededication Shrine?
This would make it easier for new players to experience all the classes before initially deciding how they want to play. This change would also make ESO truly the most flexible MMO, because currently this is my only problem with the game; I want to experience the other classes but do not want to create another character and start over again.
Also, and probably the most important point of making this change. When you decide to implement new classes into the game, players would not feel the need to re-roll(A bane to all MMO players) a different character and start over again to experience these new classes.
So, I would like to know if being able to change class on a single character will ever be a possibility in ESO and if not, what would be stopping you from making this change?
So you are asking to remove the leveling grind that all MMOs use to keep players playing and customers paying? Yea....good luck on that ever happening.
An example of why we need text chat on console. Hers is a video someone made of the "amazing" voice chat on console...
