To answer you 8th question about potency runes: I'm very happy to tell you that potency runes will be harvestable. It been stated in the new patch notes! It was changed after we complained on the feedback forum. Yay! They listen to us

Also, I wish that ZOS would quit making everything bind-on-pickup. If someone wants to grind out VMA or Trials or dungeons and sell there items then let them.
