I play with settings on HIGH and get ~25 fps when no one else is around.
When others are near me I get somewhere around 16fps or less.
One day I'll either get a new video card, or rebuild a new pc.0 -

ultra settings everything maxed 3840x2160 DSR, 42inch 1080p.
World 55-60fps, citys 50-60fps. Cyrodiil not tested with this build.
when travelling anywhere in tamriel get sudden 1-3sec lasting fsp drops to 5-10fps, randomly.
Got 6 noctuas fans to keep it cool 1x140 5x120. cpu cooler is some stock intel.
So prob those fps drops is bcos lack of maintance.
total rig cost without 42 inch. 2350usd in finland selfbuild.
prob 1500-1800ish usd, on us and uk.
runs all new games on 4k no need to oc stock clock on cpu, or ram nor mhz, or gtx980.
Unrealparis 4th gen. 1920x1080 was amazing and smooth.
