May as well get my old Snes out and play Street Fighter 2, it would be more fun...

I'll just stick with PVE until it's fixed, but there is only so much PVE I can handle before my mind wonders. Good job there is a World Cup going on...
DeLindsay what is the specs on your machine?
Zenimax need to fix the engine, so its better then BEFORE 1.2.3, just fix it so we are back to 1.2.2 is not good enough. The engine does not fully use the GPU, and not even fully use 1 CORE of my CPU (OCed 3770). Even before 1.2.3 the highest GPU usage I have seen was about 70%, highest CPU (1 core, the highest) about 70%.
Are your monitors 120 HZ or 60 Hz?
..I'm starting to wonder if the players not experiencing the extreme lows most of us are because their monitors have a higher refresh rate.
the only time i have a problem with fps is when there is more then 5 - 10 people around and fighting. once i enter a crowd of 5 - 10 or more people then i drop from 120 fps to immediate 1 or 2 fps. its the fighting and crowd of people that i see is allways the main reason. i try relogging over and over but untill im away from crowds it will persist and not stop.Tannakaobi wrote: »Aye, I couldn't even do the dungeons on my own or collect Skyshards.
The spec of our machine has nothing to do with the last patch. It ~IS~ broken. There is nothing else to say.

- and by the way, its only when that crowd is fighting, because i will be with a group of about 50 people and i get 120 fps, but as soon as there is pvp and fighting happening then i drop immediate to 1 or 2 fps.
Tintinabula wrote: »well then why did the game work perfectly before craglorn? I alphad this game for almost a year and there was never an issue like this. A little bit of lighting?..a new area?..something that's recently been introduced is the culprit.
Hlaren_shortsheath wrote: »agreed, because i have NEVER had a problem like this before and i been round since beta back in september 2013. infact i was in huge HUGE battles in pvp that were alot of people onscreen and all i saw was a drop of maybe 120 fps down to 30 or maybe 20 fps but this thing we are seeing is only since the last lighting patch like 2 weeks ago.
