Actually Dks regg way more magicka bacause of a passive called battle roar, I am testing a dk healer on the PTS and level one on the life server, since the get a change in the next patch that will increase their healing done a lot.
Long story short, if you aim for high crit you magicka regg is not bad at all, rapid regeneration and healing springs gernerate many ultimate points, and lava armor gives every ally a synergy effect that provides a shield for 85% max health. also the molten weapons stuff is increased for the caster by 100%, so if you do this as a dk healer you get a considerable amount of weapon dmg, and with that, even more heal. the obsidian shield morh that increases you shield by 100% will be changed to healing done increased for 6 seconds with passives, and maxed out its 33% more healing on the pts. along with the mobility and survivability of a dk, think of reflctive scales, dragon blood (the more spell ress and armor morph), the jump at something ultimate, the chainpull thing and a shield that is way stronger then barrier, and cheaper, I actually think dk makes a glorious healer in the future, also magicka problems, but more output than NB healer and probably even more output than sorcs, also the shield, that holds 24 sec, costs nearly no magicka and has a radius of 12 meters is a tool that I would like to have in every raid.
