Could a dev please help me with ths bug?

I know you guys are working really hard to fix the 301 error and that is great but just a couple of questions:

1) I know you guys will compensate for the now 8 days I think but I was just going to ask is it going to be with free game time? If so will everyone get it? I ask because my subscription runs out on the week my exam revision starts and so gaining 8 days at the end of this month really isnt compensation. I was wandering of you could add it on to next resub or give is a code or something?
2) Do you guys have an ETA on the fix? Was expecting it this morning and woke up to still not being able to log on.
3) Do you guys know what is causing the issue but are just trying to fix it?

As an added note, everytime I have my doubts about this game, Jessica comes in and clarifies everything and that is great :D

    Honestly, I dont care about the added time (if of course we'll get the added time) - I care more about the time that I've LOST. All the horse feeding, armor/weapon research, guild runs etc etc - and the fact that there is not a single OFFICIAL post from gm's that they are working on the fix. Not a single one. Usually when there is a problem they would put - we are aware of the issue blablabla on the forum home page / when logging into the game etc but this time - NOTHING! And its been 6 days that I cant login! This is so frustrating.

    I'm not one of those who is gonna go and tell the whole life story on how I'm gonna cancel my subscription and never return, because I actually like the game - I just want to utilize what I have PAID for!

    Actually, there is. Jessica posted it (check the Dev Tracker).

    Unfortunately, it's of no help, and apparently it didn't get handed down to their support reps, as they're still working on the idea it's client-side initially.

    I think they know that it is server sided if it doesnt matter what computer you are on.

    Yet, when I submitted my ticket, their first response was to try to troubleshoot my client...

    There have been some cases with client sided problems, disabling my addons fixed it the first time. They would know now its server sided.

    If there are, they had better not be here and had better be fixing the problem lol. I think who you are looking for is a mod, or moderator, and they have already been through numerous of these 301 threads stating that they are aware and trying to fix the issue sir.
    @Phantax - We are aware of both issues you called out: the 301 error and the crashes when forming a large group -- generally more than 12. We have the former called out in this thread, and it is currently our highest priority issue to track down and fix. The latter, as some have mentioned, is a lingering issue we're aware of and working on as well.

    We understand it can sometimes be difficult to find the specific answer you're looking for on a busy forum. We have commented on the 301 issue quite a few times in the past few days. For official posts, we'd recommend checking our Dev Tracker, please.
