I mean that patch sucks.. but that's unrealistic. What would you like them to say? "Sorry you didn't like the update but we aren't rolling it back"?

Yes, so I don't waste another minute or dollar on this game.

One million subscribers? I doubt it.MrBeatDown wrote: »Not today, No you are incorrect. People are flocking to the forums wanting to know WTF is going on.
So you're telling me that the posts here are representative or actively consist of the over one million subscribers this game has?
Yes there are more people than normal on the forums posting and being upset, that's normal after a large patch for a game. Yes there are some issues, yes they're being debated on the forums but for every poster on here complaining there are probably a hundred happy players just going about their business in the game.
This doesn't mean issues discovered should be ignored of go unanswered but look at the way people are making these threads, look at the tone and language used and ask yourself would you personally want to answer some of these people? Check the developer tracker and you'll notice that they are replying to some threads and addressing the issues.
If you have an issue with the patch, post a nice breakdown of the issue, use supporting evidence, and offer ideas and suggestions which they could take on board in regard to their fixing.
For those who want a developer to listen try looking over this thread I posted a few days ago.
Im a very positive player but... seriously!
Memory leak and broken monsters in the same patch? Gotta be a bad joke.

What difference does it make if they come here to say it was their fault when it is obvious it was? Will that fix the game?(take a guess) Let them collect data, analyze whats's wrong and then when they know for sure tell us what is it and when it will be fixed. Go do something else in the meanwhile, unsub if you don't want to wait but don't rage or disrespect others that are giving you a suggestion on how to properly address the devs so they take you seriously.

How do we even know there at work. For all we know, they hit the clock and are off for the rest of the weekend. When you offer a huge service to people you should be able to communicate with your customer base on such issues as a failed patch. I would like a update as to what is being done to correct these issues.
And you ZeroInspiration, are just another community member that does not have the Authority to speak for this gaming company or its mistakes.
I do not pay you a wage, or wish to purchase a service from you ZeroInspiration.
How many people do they have working on this problem? Did they all get a big early weekend at my expense? WHen are they going to fix the game? What else are they offering as compensation for such horrible patching experience?
GO ahead ZeroInspiration, I know you have the answer and im listening.
Firstly we don't know if they're clocked in and working or not right now, however considering the last post tracked on the dev tracker was made at 4:27PM BST it's safe to assume that some of the forums customer service reps are still working.MrBeatDown wrote: »How do we even know there at work. They'll likely release the first patch to address issues on the next scheduled maintenance, very few of the issues bought forward are the kind making the game broken enough to warrant a hot-fix and server downtime.MrBeatDown wrote: »How many people do they have working on this problem?
