Guild with same Name on different Alliances

We got the situation on Dawnbreaker EU.
There is one Guild that holding a keep. The guild are represented with the same name on all 3 alliances.
Now the problem. If the keep will be captured the claimed guild will not released. So there is one guild that hold one keep all time. It is not fair to other guilds and should be a bug.
Zenimax pls fix this.
