You will now need to defeat all bosses within an encounter before receiving jewelry item sets.

What do you mean by "encounter"? Does that mean "dungeon"? And does this include mini-bosses?

The way I'm reading this is, "You won't have a chance at getting an Agility/Willpower/Endurance piece at the end of a dungeon if you skip any of the bosses or mini-bosses." Is that correct?
Increased the chance you can receive a piece of jewelry from the caches in Imperial City.

What are the caches? Are these the trophy vaults? Or are they the generic treasure chests? I've never seen jewelry in the latter, so I'm assuming that you mean the former. But if so, why call them "caches" instead of the less ambiguous "trophy vaults"?

Im guessing they mean dungeons by encounter and making it so you have to clear the dungeon like with silver keys.

As for the caches they are the name of the chests inside of the trophy vaults.

This is in the event that there are multiple bosses as part of a single boss encounter, not all bosses inside the dungeon.

The chests inside the Trophy Vaults. Sorry, we'll edit to make it more clear!

    Ah, thanks for the response!
This is in the event that there are multiple bosses as part of a single boss encounter, not all bosses inside the dungeon.
I thought that this was already the case? In my experience, in boss fights that have multiple bosses, the boss loot (soul gems, items) have always been found on the last one to be killed.

The quest inside a dungeon is called an encounter. Such as the daily pledges you should get a notification on entering a dungeon when someone has started one prompting you to join it.

The text in bold is still very vague. There's a boss encounter dropping jewelry sets, that people can enter while it's in progress -- having missed other bosses? Maybe I just haven't been in that situation, but I have played through all content of the game. Being more specific so that nothing is left to assumptions would be appreciated.

And what about when X boss doesn't spawn?
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Thank you for the changes to the Trophy Vaults, now my NB might finally get geared up. I was worried Orsinium would get released before he found some rings.

Now if the Kagrenac set would just get fixed so it doesn't get you one shot by mobs for double the damage... that'd be amazing. I got nailed twice yesterday by a Harvester at a portal for 30k damage each time (one time I was blocking and it still got me rektd), the people I was with got hit for half that... maybe less.

Still no fix for Thaumaturge not increasing the damage of poison abilities within the Bow line (Lethal arrow, poison injection, etc..) or fixing Precise Strikes from not giving enough critical hit damage? Precise Strikes has been a known issue that you even green posted before IC launched and was never mentioned to have been fixed.
"The Precise Strikes passive is not currently increasing critical damage as much as intended." - PTS notes for 2.1.3. There has been zero mention of this getting fixed in further notes (as far as I'm aware).

Also the drop rates in ICP/WGT are still absolutely horrendous, I did another 9 full clears jumping between both and got a single set piece. These are massive issues that are hindering performance of a lot of players by a considerable amount.

    Can clarify more about this:
You will now need to defeat all bosses within an encounter before receiving jewelry item sets.

@ZOS_GinaBruno I have read your response, but still I don't understand what it implies. So I assume that:

    a) Completing a veteran pledge by killing only the required bosses may grant you the jewelry. Today's pledge by example (Banished Cells) most people skip the two daedric serpents before last boss. Will that action void the possibility to get the jewelry?

    b) By completing regular pledges, I guess you should be able to get those jewelry since you need to kill all optional bosses. Is that so? Also, in Direfrost Caverns there is a boss who is not mentioned as part of the optional bosses (The Apprentice something)

    c) What constitutes a encounter?

By encounter she means, like 1 "boss". An example of this would be Wayrest sewers, for the last boss encounter you actually fight 2 bosses. It was possible to only kill one, loot it, and receive a jewelry piece. So now, you have to beat both bosses at that one "boss encounter" to get a jewelry set piece @jcaceresw

Not always. I have seen the Yellow "loot me" glow around main bosses if they are killed before the sub bosses are killed or vice versa. It's rare, but it has happened.

It has nothing to do with the other bosses in the dungeon @jcaceresw I'm not quite sure how to ease your doubts.

One boss encounter would be like my example with Wayrest sewers, that's a boss encounter with 2 bosses.

The guy in Wayrest sewers who fears you and you light on fire? That's a boss encounter with 1 boss.

A boss enounter is just like, an expression to cover all the bosses in that boss "room".

You will still be able to skip any bosses in the dungeons you did prior, and have a chance for the jewelry pieces. (seriously? I've never skipped those serpents, lol) Another example of a "boss encounter" would be those two serpents.

    Does that help?

AKA - go on your normal dungeon running business (including skipping the serpents) and you will still have a chance at the jewelry loot from the dungeon's final boss. If you go to Wayrest and kill 1 boss before the other, and loot it, you will NOT get jewelry from that first boss, but will have your normal chance when you kill the (still alive) second boss ;)
