Healthbars and chat bubbles not working

Mantic0r3✭✭✭Btw group indicators (the arrows above your head) also go missing, together with the hp bars and alliance indicators
had it in vet dsa the other day and couldnt fix it, tryed to toggle on/off, reloadui,relog,restart game and finally pc, NOPE

It's going to be a hellhole in Cyrodiil without working HP bars.

Jasli✭✭✭Health bars will no longer disappear when zoning to a new area.
Note: This also fixes the issue where your health bar settings would get turned off after you encountered a loading screen.

CatstyleSoul ShrivenBreaking on and off for me still, a bit annoying, got it to work in Cyrodiil, to just vanish after a teleport.. 0

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerWe're still investigating the root cause of this issue, but in the meantime if you lose your health bars or chevrons, try manually closing the game client completely (not crashing out), then log back in. This should force them to reappear.0

It doesn't though. The only fix which has worked for me is the close down the client with alt+F4 then open it up with the eso.exe in the client folder (instead of the launcher). This however causes problems for other users (like their video settings resetting and so on).0 -
lord_dal✭✭✭same here, first they reset to "off" every time I logged in, but when enabled they worked again, no its "on" and no healthbars on the enemies, tried disabeling, and even removing the addons, still the same, so its not an addon issue, and I dont even pvp, so its not just in cyrodiil0

After 1.6 was launched, Chevrons and Health Bars never displayed.
Problem went away after deleting the below files in my \Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live folder and letting them rebuild by launching the client.
