So after the most recent patch and the tweak to certain skills:
•Adjusted several abilities to improve overall game performance. Affected abilities will now tick less frequently, but deal more damage such that overall damage should remain constant. The affected abilities include: •Blazing Spear
•Consuming Darkness and its morphs
•Eruption
•Lightning Splash and its morphs
•Necrotic Orb and its morphs
•Path of Darkness and its morphs
•Radiant Destruction and its morphs
In regards to Refreshing Path specifically, it seems to be doing much more healing than intended. See below:

Keep in mind, that I'm currently in my PvE gear (5 Twice Born, 3x Willpower, 2x Torugs, 1x Kena) and I know people who spec into healing who are getting 19K crits in Cryo. So magicka Nightblades now have a heal that can pretty much keep them alive through anything outside of a 1 shot. Players using this in the Vet Maelstrom Arena will have a much easier time while getting Breath of Life like heals every second for 11 secs, and players in Cyro can 1vX like nobodies business.
So I ask... Intended Healing buff for Nightblade? (I find this doubtful) Or... Unintended and broken with the new patch?
