The tooltip still isn't fixed, it still reads the pre-hotfix number.

I just checked myself. Refreshing Path WAS fixed, however it does show the wrong tooltip... so it's just UI at this point and not that big of a deal.

The tooltip will be fixed in the next incremental patch.
