Log on issues

Hey, is anyone having issues logging into the Xbox one North American server? I can get onto the European but not North American for some reason. It's telling me log on failed, server connection issues.

Yep, seems to be affecting every server and every platform, just a random number of users. Not sure if ZOS is aware just yet.

I know a large server provider has had issues for the past 2 days and their servers went down today. We use the company at my work and havent been able to connect to our servers most of the day. If ZOS uses this same company then that is the issue.

I guess I'll move in here until this gets solved.

not helpful, but the EU servers have been much more stable since CONSOLE launch, the NA CONSOLE servers, not so much.

Is it because of population density, or other factors?

There was a major outage with AT&T tonight and it seems that the game goes through AT&T at some point.

I'm getting an internal error as well once I select the server to log into. EU Xbox One

Cant log back in either no announcements or anything are popping up I got booted out before that happened everything was frozen people weren't moving couldn't get on my mount or access my inventory tried to log out would not let me even select the option to do so after about 2 min it booted me now I can not get back in I'm on PS4 NA server attempted to try n relog, restart app, and system none of which worked other games work fine tho.

I can confirm that I am also having this issue. I play on PC/NA Server.

ESO needs to work on their server stability and they keep ignoring it and working what new items we can buy on the crown store instead.
