When you release the store can you please put cp exp potions in it.. Don't treat us like idiots.. it was the plan the whole time.. just hurry up and do it because no one is going to grind years to complete a account and we all know it will sure be a "convenience"...

So I posted this a while ago and it was mostly sarcasm because I was angry. I knew the second I heard this game was going b2p that it was going to go p2w. This has been confirmed with this image below.
To the people who kept saying I was dumb for wanting these potions: I never did want them and I was just angry that I knew they would soon come so I used sarcasm. However I do think it is really dumb how long it takes to max out a accounts CP... The game will be long dead before someone does it (Even with non stop 50% exp pots). Bonus reply: "CP isnt meant to be completed HERP DERP"... Yea I know that's what they say... Does not mean it is good game design. I don't sit down to play chess or monopoly for it to last 10 years.. I don't want maxing a mmo to take that long either..
Anyways I am still playing the game and I hope the exp potions are really cheap but I bet they will be like $4 each or some rubbish... sooooo anyways.... was fun while it lasted and thanks consoles/cheap people who didn't want to pay sub/suits wanting to maximize profits at the cost of killing the game, you have killed a game that could of been awesome.

If you noticed the xp changes last week, as in they lowered them across the board, i am guessing that this is the reason, with the 10 percent bonus for subs and then throw in xp potions you should be almost close to where we were xp wise 2 weeks ago, the ones i saw were 2hr/50 percent with a 7200 second cool down on them and they are supposed to stack with rings of mara/sub bonus

What did they lower? XP that I've been getting has been the same as always. They also specifically stated that the 10% was a bonus to what was standard pre-1.6, not a way to "return" to those standard values.

There is no cap in the champ system and xp bonuses apply additively pre and post lv50. Well, there is a cap (3600 points) but it's pretty far off in the distance and a lot of the passives are imbalanced in regards to DR. That cap is also adjustable to allow future progression. The xp pots are showing 50% bonus xp for 2 hours in the in-game tooltip that is floating around. Granted, that's subject to change unless we don't say anything. The original statement made by ZOS was altered to not guarantee that these will be obtainable by in-game means as opposed to their original guarantee.
My guess is this will be their money maker. It's a bummer that power is already planned to be sold on the cash shop. I guess there's an exception to the rule and xp pots are that exception. I'm sure people will disagree with me in some form but paying to get extra crit or what not is definitely p2w and a lot of those champion passives are VERY strong.
Watched a stream yesterday that exhibited it and here's the tooltip for the "XP Booster". AKA P2W in a glass. 5 -

I'm OK with a 10% boost, but with a 50% potion boost, stacked with the 10% boost from a Ring of Mara and the 10% boost from a subscription... I would leave the game also if they start selling such things, 10% exp is fine for ESO plus but potions, no thank you, anything p2w b2w is no a big no1 -
They could make it so the XP pots don't effect the champion XP pool, effectively making them XP pots just for leveling. This makes sense to me also because once the veteran system goes away champion progression will start at lvl 50. But it's all speculation at this point. But it's a no brainier that anyone could see that this would not be the most profitable option.3 -

Yes the xp was lowered by a huge margin in areas and various mobs also. No xp pot is not pay to win at al, i would bet dollars to doughnuts that the people complaining of the idea are casual players which would need it more.

Those who are grinding it now at 24/7 level those things will not help - enlightenment is for 1 CP per day with backlog up to 12 days. And it gives just 200k /CP without enl. But for the casual guys this is good thing to have
