The most important thing to remember about Tamriel Unlimited's virtual currency system is that we're not adjusting the base game—it will be exactly the same game, with the same leveling pace, experience point gain, user interface, etc. that you have been used to since April of last year. We're adding customization and convenience items in the Crown Store, but those will be added to the game as it is now; we're not going to make it harder for you to enjoy the game you already play to encourage you to use the Crown Store.

True. P2W is very convenient after all.

You did read the part about buying them for in-game gold right?

Of course I did.
You do realize that even if you buy it for gold, you will be left with less gold to spend on other things compared to credit card warriors and as a result may end up with inferior gear, buffs, potions etc., right?
But seriously guys, please shut up about "pay-to-win"! No item in the crown store could even be CONSIDERED P2W, so I don't know why there's so much fuss about it.

So I didn't overlook the in game gold thing.
If you can get them with in game gold....we will get a huge amount of gold farmers. Guaranteed.
If you can get them with in game gold....then why subscribe at all. 1500 crowns for a mount at that point a month....no thanks.
If you think that they will be low enough in cost of gold that the casuals who can buy these will be able to afford them your wrong. Of they are, again, what's the point of subbing.
What else will become convenient ? Don't got time or skill to run SO....buy the armor in the Crown Store.
From todays Road Ahead:
As such, I can tell you that we'll almost certainly have experience boost potions in the store at some point, as this kind of shortcut (spending less time to gain experience) is classified as a convenience. That way, you still have the choice of purchasing them with crowns or in-game gold.
you dont pay a sub your 10% behind
you dont spend money on these in the crown store, your behind.
slippery slope folks.

well I mean I was back and forth on quitting, then they fixed somethings and I was like cool I'll stay...but should I sub since no new content until June. Well now I won't be subscribering. I will enjoy my tiger mount though.
