BUT...BUT...But this is a valid necro, for it proves that what is expected by us to get fixed and the fix(brakes) which gets implemented and the actual results of said fix is not even on the same page, oblivion it can not even be written in the same book...

So basically the lag from day one has outgrown the capacity for fixing it with every update/upgrade and thus I can conclude that ESO is ONLY FOR NA AND EU because the lag will(#can) never be fixed and thus rendering the game useless to the rest of the world. Distance to server lag one can get used to. ( can actively battle, block SEEN attacks easily) But server lag is an ugly game killer, (a once 40k+DPS trial MAGsorc now reduced to a pvp healer for one can not battle lag) Its like a million ghosts hitting you and you are dead never even seen the uncloaked enemy.
