Launcher Won't Launch, Play Button Just Grays Out
Is anybody else having this problem where your play button just grays out. And if you had but fixed it please tell me and don't tell me about the user settings because I've tried it and it hasn't worked. Neither has reinstalling it.

Qu'entendez-vous par "user settings" ? Avez-vous déjà tenté de lancer votre jeu en mode Administrateur ? Avez-vous tenté de lancer votre client à partir du "eso.exe" se trouvant dans votre fichier de jeu (également en mode administateur) ?
Avez-vous tenté une réparation de votre client ?
Pouvez-vous nous fournir un DxDiag en suivant les étapes de cet article.
