Hi All! Just wanted to update that the team is now on Thanksgiving Break. With the exception of game breaking issues or the game being down, we will be gone until Dec.1. So please expect some delay in response over the next few days. To everyone who celebrates, have a wonderful Thanksgiving! To those who don't, enjoy the rest of your week!

Totally understand your feedback here. We wanted to make sure you all had information and context before the next Vengeance Test next week. If we could have gotten this out early, we would have, but we wanted to make sure this important message was translated in all languages. Localization takes time.
We noted in the thread that we would get answers to questions back because the teams who are able to answer are already on Thanksgiving break. So even if we were not on vacation, unfortunately we would not be able to answer all questions with the depth expected, without those folks.

It seems that translation is often the main holdup for such info releases. (I would understand for 'chapter style' releases but for discussion posts it seems a bit much).
The community is very large and I'm sure it contains players who would be able to translate if a resource was not available immediately. Failing that there are a plethora of translation services available which could be employed by players awaiting an 'official' translation.
I would really encourage the team to consider releasing such discussions early in English, gathering initial feedback and posting the translations once they are ready rather than delaying information so that timely discussion cannot take place.
