Hello, I'm following up on this thread as i've created one previously, mods if necessary you can close this thread for repeat. But i'm running out of options here. My account was perma banned with no email or anything. I messaged support and they responded back saying that it was due to a chargeback and that if i contacted my provider and repaid the chargeback i'd get my account reactivated. I've done exactly as they asked and it's been 2 weeks and they haven't responded back. I'm assuming i was talking to an automated response as its been weeks since i've gotten a response. I cannot get anyone to respond or get any updates on my issue as i'd really want my account back, I've paid off the chargeback and i just cannot get a response from support anymore. I've even submitted another ticket regarding the same issue.
I'm not sure where else to go as its been weeks and I can't find a way to reach out to anybody besides here.

    Don't submit repeat tickets, they put you at the back of the queue.
