Never got an email back regarding another account I made

This is a really odd predicament I'm in, all the way back in 2018, I made an account for ESO, I had played on that account for a long time, then I forgot about it apparently and made a new one, the one that I am on now, I think this one has something to do with my Xbox Login or something because this was my Xbox name for a while, but I play on Steam.

I have a ticket number, but I never got an email back to the email I listed, and I don't know if it's because I entered the wrong email or if I just haven't been looked at yet. Regardless, I wanted to create a discussion about the support ticket just in case because I wanted to know for sure if it actually went through, it's been 2-3 days since I last made the ticket. I can give the ticket number, email associated with the account, the exact account creation date, and the User ID, as well as several emails and purchase verification emails made on the account, I simply just want to use that account's name on my account that I have now.

    I made sure to save it because I had to put in the ticket without logging in. I really hope I can get it done because this name I have now has some bad memories attached to it, I went to change it to my original and that's when I remembered the other account.
