not able to log in

i get to character select. i pick one and it takes a long time and then get timed out.
i actually made it in game once but got booted after a minute.
so i give up.

How many characters can be inputted in an account? I only have one character in my account and have not had any issues with logging into game from just one character, what do you mean by timed out, I do not understand what getting timed out means, have had recent settings issues by just stopping what doing in game that appears like the loading bar you might see at the bottom when clicking on a different page, just a thought by deleting one character if you have multiple characters such as 20 characters in one account, hope you get your issue resolved

@Sllocsredle Getting timed out means that you sit so long on the loading screen that it "times you out" and you get sent back to the character select screen.

The reason I ask is because sometimes I get a tab that the loading line while processing stops, for example the site in here when I use iPad, I press the X buton then the site packet so to speak brings the site in sight
