-being active in in-game community(means guilds right?)
-no violations of rules
I've reached all of the above which were listed out.I also heard about some rumors saying that you need to buy crown packs and i did that as well.

Can anyone give me more details about my ticket?Gifting is really important for me since I don't wanna spend time farming gold.

    Good luck with your issue. Crown gifting should be enabled automatically and disabled only after a player has proven they are abusing the system.
