Hi, I was wondering how much time does support usually take to response to tickets, I created a ticket on 4/22/2024 about recovering a deleted character and the only response i got was the day after (22th) asking for some extra information.
I got no response since then after giving the information they asked, I tried to reach out but no response so far.
