Music Box- Glyphic Secrets bugged

Hello,

For a few days now I have been trying to complete a second "Music Box, Glyphic Secrets" (I've found and completed one already). I only have 4 codex entries for the leads I HAVE found so far but my in game progress says I have 9/10 completed. I believe this may be preventing my progress to actually properly complete the antiquity . I only have one character with fully unlocked antiquities (scrying/excavating) the other, only has basic scrying/excavating atm and would not have access to the tools needed to scry for the leads. I tried disabling addons and running a repair, and its still got a 9/10 on my Antiquities Journal entry for the Glyphic Secrets music box.I've been told by customer support they cannot do anything for antiquities but told me to post here. Please refer to reference 230630-003525 for more details and screenshots provided in the ticket.

I am also having this issue. My journal says 10/10 pieces found, but my codex is 15/30 and I still only have one music box, so that is impossible.

There are five leads I need that I cannot get to drop despite days of farming each one:
- Rune-Carved Key
- Dark Metal Cubes
- Dark Metal Mesh
- Darklight Gemstone
- Dark Metal Springs

I too have this issue. Xbox EU btw so I don't even have access to add-ons. Add-ons are clearly NOT the problem.

I completed one full music box legitimately (as in, took several attempts at each lead, excavated them all properly. received codex entries).

I legitimately found, scryed, and excavated all ten leads once, and I have one music box. This is my current situation, mentioning fragment leads from left to right as they appear in the "Music box, Glypic Secrets' entry in the Telvanni Peninsula zone :

Rune-Carved Key: Game mentions nothing, thinks I l already have it but without codex entry (and I haven't received lead for the second time).
Dark Metal Cubes: Game mentiions nothing thinks I already have it but without codex entry (and I haven't received lead for the second time).
Dark Metal Mesh: Game mentions nothing thinks I already have it but without codex entry (and I haven't received lead for the second time).
Darklight Gemstone: Game mentions nothing, thinks I already have it but without codex entry (and I haven't received lead for the second time).
Dark Metal Springs: Game mentions nothing, thinks I already have it but without codex entry (and I haven't received lead for the second time).

Inkwood Box: Legitimately got the lead for a second time in a Tribute reward box. Immediately dug it up. Codex agrees,

Rune-Etched Cylinder: Got this lead legitimately once, haven't had it again. Game thinks I have that fragment for the second time, but the corresponding codex agrees I don't.

Rune-Scribed Comb: Got this lead legitimately once, haven't had it again. Game thinks I have that fragment for the second time, but the corresponding codex agrees I don't.

Fortified Green Calcite Gears: Got this lead legitimately once, haven't had it again. Game thinks I have that fragment for the second time, but the corresponding codex agrees I don't.

Intricate Winding Shaft: Legitimately got this lead for the second time (from an Apocrypha public dungeon boss during a story mission as far as I recall). Codex agrees.

Look this is clearly an actual problem affecting tons of players across various platforms. Please could we at least get an acknowledgement on the forum that this is a bug that Zos are aware of and will fix soon? I'm so happy that you fixed so many broken lorebooks, and now this happens!

I am also having this bug and it is really irritating that I can't get a second music box, please fix this, or at least acknowledge that its a bug and you're working on it.

So all they said was "Your ticket was submitted as a feedback ticket and won't get a response back. If you still need help, please start a new ticket under a non-Feedback category." In other words, nothing.
