Ticket open over month not assigned

So I'm stumped.

I have a ticket from March 21st that hasn't been looked at or assigned yet. I also have a ticket from 2 weeks ago that hasn't been looked at or assigned, and I'm at a loss of what to do. I tried making a ticket about the tickets and nothing happened. Please help!

    When a ticket is created an auto response is sent out. That response says something along the lines of if they do not hear back within X days they will consider the issue resolved.

    So if there is no response to that email the ticket will not progress.

    @ZOS_Bill @ZOS_Icy may be able to help you after the ticket numbers are provided.

    Check your spam folder and see if they went there. Also if you have more than one email address check that they have the correct one.
