Character creation bugged

After about 5 mins in character creation you disconnect. This has been going on for a while and is becoming very annoying. Would appreciate it if this can be fixed soon since it has been an on going issue

Would also like to add how different the character looks in-game compared to the character creation menu. I've wasted appearance change tokens in the past because of this. But now I just deal with the fact that one of my character's skin looks pink and has googly eyes, even though it didn't look like this in the creation menu...

Are you getting any specific error message when you're disconnected during character creation?

Hi All, we have passed this on to the dev team. However, they could not reproduce this. The only time they got kicked out was because of inactivity.

Are there any other observed actions that anyone can share? Error specific that pop up when being disconnected? The team will look into any additional details shared to try and reproduce/resolve this issue.

No error pops up, you just get disconnected well trying to create a character. Character creation should not be detecting you as inactive when you are trying to pick features for your character.
