Character creation bugged

After about 5 mins in character creation you disconnect. This has been going on for a while and is becoming very annoying. Would appreciate it if this can be fixed soon since it has been an on going issue

✭Would also like to add how different the character looks in-game compared to the character creation menu. I've wasted appearance change tokens in the past because of this. But now I just deal with the fact that one of my character's skin looks pink and has googly eyes, even though it didn't look like this in the creation menu...3 -

Are there any other observed actions that anyone can share? Error specific that pop up when being disconnected? MorninStar✭✭✭No error pops up, you just get disconnected well trying to create a character. Character creation should not be detecting you as inactive when you are trying to pick features for your character.0
